The « pacesetter » bib: a Caisse d’Epargne innovation
The CAISSE D’EPARGNE, the official BANKING AND INSURANCE partner of the 2008 Paris Marathon offers you a ‘pacesetter’ bib to go with your precious pace bracelet!
This year, the Caisse d’Epargne is offering all marathon runners a major innovation for the Paris Marathon inspired by Esprit Running, or the running spirit: a ‘pacesetter’ bib. This bib – which all participants can wear on their shirts – is color-coded to represent the individual runner’s time target for completing the marathon.
It will enable runners to identify other competitors pursuing the same target in the starting pack and to visualize the time objectives chosen by other participants jogging around them.
You can pick up your pacesetter bib at the same time as you collect your race number or, should you forget, you can get one from the Caisse d’Epargne stand at the Paris Marathon Exhibition along with your pace bracelet, one of the great successes of the 2007 Paris Marathon!
