ATHENS CLASSIC MARATHON 2008
The 26th ATHENS CLASSIC MARATHON will be held on 09 November 2008 and we invite all sports enthusiasts to participate in this historic event, held on the “Original Marathon Course”, starting from Marathonas and finishing in the Panathinaikon Stadium.
The Athens Classic Marathon comprehends important symbolisms on world peace and the power of human will, promoting the spirit of emulation and sports as a way of living.
The Athens Classic Marathon event includes two more road races; the 10km Road Race, held on part of the Marathon course, and the 5km Road Race, held in the Athens historical center.
